𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
VP Communications - Oversees MMO's website and social media accounts.
Financial Secretary - Receives funds on behalf of the organization, issues receipts for all transactions, and promptly deposits the monies into a bank approved by the executive board. Retains a copy of the deposit slip for record-keeping. Maintains an accurate record of all deposits to be filed with the treasurer's financial records for the organization.
Auditor - Conduct an annual audit of the organization's books and financial records. Complete the year-end audit by July and present results at the September meeting. Verify that all required state and federal tax returns and forms are completed and filed on time.
8th Grade Promotion Chair(s) - Oversees the planning of the promotion party, class t-shirts, yard signs and leis.
